2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (contact details, shipping address, size selection, etc.) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
3. Installation Services
If you select our installation service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Installation appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
You are responsible for informing us of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or nail conditions prior to service.
Results may vary depending on natural nail condition, size, and shape.
Aftercare instructions provided at the time of service should be followed to maintain the longevity of the application. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper aftercare.
4. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services, including but not limited to press-on nails, cuticle oil, accessories, and installation services.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are the only remedy offered and are subject to the following conditions:
In-person orders: Exchange requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase or service completion.
Delivery orders: Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
Condition requirement: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, application, or damage. Items that show any evidence of use will not be eligible for exchange.
Installation services, once performed and worn, are not eligible for exchange or redo under this policy.
Exchanges are limited to product of equal value. We do not offer cash, credit, or partial refunds in connection with an exchange.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchange requests.
We reserve the right to deny an exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
